1. Scope of This Policy
This Refund Policy applies only to payments made directly to BuildKashmir for:
- Business listings
- Featured listings
- Advertising or promotional packages
It does not cover payments made by customers directly to service providers listed on our platform.
2. Refunds for Business Listings & Paid Plans
We want our business partners to feel confident when choosing to list with us. Please note the following:
- Free Listings: Free listings are not eligible for refunds, as no payment is required.
- Paid Listings & Subscriptions:
- If you cancel within 7 days of purchase and your listing has not yet gone live, you may request a full refund.
- Once your listing is published or service has started, refunds will not be issued, as services are considered rendered.
- Featured / Sponsored Ads: These services are prepaid and non-refundable once activated.
3. Non-Refundable Circumstances
Refunds will not be provided in the following cases:
- If your business was rejected or removed due to violation of our Terms & Conditions.
- If you are dissatisfied with customer leads or results, as we do not guarantee business outcomes.
- If your service period (monthly/annual subscription) has already started.
- If you fail to cancel your plan before renewal.
4. Customer–Service Provider Transactions
BuildKashmir is not responsible for payments, contracts, or deals between users and service providers.
- Any payments made by a customer to a listed service provider are outside our platform.
- Refunds, disputes, or cancellations for such payments must be handled directly between the customer and the service provider.
- BuildKashmir will not mediate or process refunds for these transactions.
5. Refund Request Process
To request a refund for eligible cases:
- Contact us within the applicable refund period.
- Provide proof of payment and reason for your request.
- Our team will review and confirm eligibility within 7 working days.
- Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 10–15 business days.

By purchasing any service or plan from BuildKashmir, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to this Refund Policy. All disputes regarding service provider payments must be resolved directly with the provider, not through BuildKashmir.
